I am not happy with the mechanic who worked on my Toyota Sequoia it took him approximately six hours to do what he did. The mechanic was to do an oil change and work on the back brakes then David told me that there was a recall on the airbag and asked me if I wanted that done as well I had told him yes. I went to pick up my car it was not done I asked David when it was going to done he call the mechanic. David told me there was so I’m bulbs that were out and if I want to replace I told him yes he asked the mechanic how long it was going to take him he said about half an hour 45 minutes I agree to that Then I realize what time it was I got a phone call and I had to leave so David call the mechanic to see were the mechanic was at that point he still need to work on the recall on the air bags and replace the light bulb. At that point I was done it was about 30 and still he was not done.For the last 7 to 8 year I never had a problem with the service I was always pleased with David and the work that was done.
