Experiencing vibration on 2014 Prius (like front tires were out of balance). Service guys unable to find problem. Balance has been checked twice. Dealer made camber adjustment. Still vibrating. Service guys rotated the tires. Vibration seemed less. Suggests to me something is wrong with one or more of the tires - must be slightly out of round . . . ?? Anyway, I'm frustrated with the problem.

Brandyn is always great, the regular maintenace work is also always great. But whenever I have a warranty type issue, i can never be helped. This time I am having an issue with my instrumentation. The tripmeter resests to zero all by itself after 40 - 60 miles !! I was told the same thing..."we cannot duplicate the problem...". The last time it was for a wind whitsle noise from the chassis, and the time before, a loud spring noise. Each time, I'm told the same thing. I wonder how hard the tech is really trying to figure out the problem ? I still have all these problems. Its sad, my prior Tacoma was great, no issues. Thats why I got another one. But this one has been a disappointment.

I have been with Toyota Glendora for 14 years and 3 Toyotas! I keep with Toyota for the services department! The customer service is amazing from the time I drop my car off, the technicians that help me check in, the ladies at the desk when I check out and then receiving my car! The guys are always personable and ask my my kids and weekend plans, making me always feel like a friend rather than a customer! I have never had a bad experience and have never felt taken advantage of! I have looked at other cars that are not Toyota but the service team keeps me loyal! Thank you!!!!
