When i called for the appointment on Thursday the 28th. I asked What service would be done and I was told the oil would be changed, tires would be rotated and the filter in the cabin of the truck would be replaced. All was done but the cabin filter in the cab of the truck. Toyota adviser said “it wasn’t needed” however I paid for full service and EXPECT all requirements to be made.
Please don’t make me call our lawyer for a filter. It’s cents on the dollar to you!
