I have had a Toyota in my family since 1988 and have
been very pleased with all aspects of your product.
However what I just experienced with my new 2018
Corolla was very abnormal and disappointing. After
only 36,900 miles both the water pump and alternator
went bad. Water pump was under warranty but the
alternator was not and alternator and was very costly
and only 900 miles over warranty. Ok that being said
what could I do. The kicker on this was the closest part
for replacement was in Chicago three days away from
California. Really not parts but on the west coast? I drive
for a living and this took 4 days away from my job as I
waited for this part to arrive. A couple of small concessions
were made but the parts going bad so early in a new car s life
and no parts locally was just unacceptable. Thank you
for your time.
