You no longer take American Express? ????That is the card I use for all automotive related expenses. Almost every place that deals with travel and cars is going to except American Express. It’s basically the financial tool I use for all regular expenses. I can’t guarantee that I can continue to use your business if you do not take American Express. It would depend on my budget and cash flow at any given time.

The problem that I came in for was not resolved! I left the dealership without doublechecking (no one came and inspected with me) and once I got on the freeway update that was done did not fix the problem that I initially came in for.

He is hands down one of the friendliest and best people I have dealt with from any company. I think Rick should receive a commendation for his customer service. He does an excellent job of keeping me informed of vehicle repairs and the estimate repair times if they should change throughout the day. Even though i have moved from Glendora to Perris, CA, I will continue to come to Toyota of Glendora because of Rick.
