Rick is simply the best service guy I have ever had in dealing with service at a car dealership or independent service. I highly recommend Rick to take care of his customers. I’ve dealt with Rick for 3 years and cannot say enough good things about him. His is a great asset to your service department.

Rick Rodregiz was off and the young child brandin Gomez was not on point with a simple battery warrantied on my tundra. Rick already verified battery load failure on my paperwork on Saturday. I waited for one hour and ten minutes till I dogged him Brandon to find out what's going on. He was indignant while BS ing with a couple of coworkers in his booth. Lottery tickets were on all the employees minds. Copies being exchanged on company clock time. Customers ignored and sided about their vehicle issues. I'm a plant supervisor and customer service and company policy is job one. Rick Rodregiz is only service employee I will go to for he is absolutely number 1 on the team. Fix it service manager or lose business if I see Brandon writing me up in the future

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I received an email that said my car was done and ready for pick up. When I arrived and went to pay I read the message on the bill that said they could not do my tire rotation because the tire had a nail in the tire. I understand why they said they could not do a tire rotation because of the nail. They should of sent me an email saying this and giving me a chance to buy a new tire or go someplace else. If you are using email to communicate with your customers. When I ask the service guy why he did not email me the message he said the email is done automatically. When your car is ready for pick up which it was not. I am not very happy with your service. ??

Upon inspection of my vehicle on arrival, service rep didn't see the obvious metal object that had penetrated the side of my left rear tire. The rep called later to say it was a nail and that we had to replace all 4 tires. Nor did I see any objects penetrating the tire. It was when I took it to American tire that the tire rep showed me the obvious object. Which makes me believe that it penetrated the tire between the time I dropped it off and picked it up from the dealer.
