I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Mike greeted me and assured me this was not a problem, and proceeded to review what my car would need. I waited in your lounge, perhaps 45 minutes, and Mike came in to get me and told me what was done for my car, and escorted me to the cashier. I am extremely pleased with Mike’s attention and service. He even scheduled my next appointment. I appreciate everyone’s friendly, helpful attitude!
