The service rep Rick was very accommodating but my car issues and concerns were not resolved and I would like to speak with someone from the corporate office to help me resolve the issue with my tires.

He did what he could to help save me money. I thought I had to do a rack and pinion replacement that was recommended last time by another advisor, but didn’t have to because he had it double checked and found out something else was leaking and made it seem like the r&p was leaking but wasn’t. Glad I had Genaro to advise me!
