Mr McVey was very professional and knew what he was doing… he answered my questions in terms I can understand… He was very kind in dealing with my questions and the time frame I needed to work on. He is honest and trustworthy. He made me feel that I counted … every time I go back to the dealership I always ask to be assigned to him.. because I trust him.
The others are very helpful as well: Rodrigo , Loretta from appointment dept and the lady who is at the cashier section. You have a good team: keep it up!
I live near a closer dealership but I prefer to go to Glendora because of awesome customer service.
