On February 06 took the car for service, waited close to 8 hrs. Yesterday March 19th, coolant warning light comes on dash “overheating engine” took the car for service this Friday first thing in the am. Mechanic found loose connection, waited 4 hrs. I strongly believe that this could have been prevented if you have had quality control to check the work after it gets released to the customer. It is my suggestion to avoid 12 hrs wasted waiting for the car to be service.

It’s always great to have Service Writer David Millan handle having our AVALON HYBRID for its Preventive Maintenance Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Multipoint check-up.
