I had a very disappointing experience at Toyota of Glendora on April 2.
I arrived at 10:00 AM and made a 10:30 AM appointment on site. I was told the service would take about 2 hours. However, by around 1:00 PM I had not received any notification. When I checked the parking lot, I found my car had already been serviced and parked there, but no one informed me.
When I went to pay, the cashier said the paperwork was not completed and had to call the service advisor. The staff member handling the paperwork was impatient and unprofessional. I did not finish checking out until about 1:40 PM.
I was also quoted $379 for a 5-service package, which is significantly higher than the ~$330 package I previously purchased at Puente Hills Toyota.
Overall, the communication and service quality were very disappointing.
