My car was brand new, and I paid for the warranty to cover the windshield tires and rims. When I explained it to him that the rims needed to be serviced. He appeared bothered and was negative and told me he would have to call a third-party to see if they would cover it and he couldn’t guarantee anything. Instead, he could’ve said let me see what I could do for you will take care of it. Something more positive form everything was negative when I explained about the rims I don’t appreciate that after punching at lead three different Toyotas from your dealership
