This was my first time here and my experience getting my car serviced was great. I’ve always had issues with the other Toyota dealership I go to, but Glendora Toyota you guys went above and beyond. First you had the part in, you told me it would only be a few hrs and I wouldn’t have to leave my car for 2 days, and lastly you got me a ride home and back. Also, I didn’t have an appointment and you guys were able to accommodate me on my recall. I’m a huge fan. I’ll be back. This is the way getting your car serviced should be. All your employees are courteous and professional.
