I brought my car in at 11:10am for an 11:15 appointment. I was told that the service department was backed up and that there would be a wait. I told him that I needed to be home by 3pm and he said that would not be a problem. There was no more communication between us until 2:30pm when I went in search of him to ask where my car was. At this point they had not even started on my car. I began to ask him questions but was getting no where and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was able to expedite my car and also gave me a $100 for future use which I asked for to compensate me. I was displeased with this whole experience due to the fact that I had an appointment, therefore it should not take 4 hours for a simple oil change. Also, the lack of communicate very irritating as I was expecting my car to be done in a timely manner for me to be home at 3.
