Took 4 and a half hours to get tires rotated and an oil change. Was told that the wait would be ridiculously long so I expected a long wait but for the wait to be even longer than the 3 to 3 and a half hour wait I was told, again for an oil change, is unacceptable. I don’t know if that’s the new norm for you guys but lack of panic on every employees face while all customers waited that long for routine maintenance is dumbfounding.
