1. I was told that my car would take an hour to two hours for an oil change and it took 5 hrs on a Saturday.
2. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told to pay at the service booth and after I paid, I received no information on the vehicle service. There were no recommendations provided from the service center or technician.
Having been a long time Toyota of Pasadena customer, the service here in Glendora is was sub par.

Usually do my own oil changes but wanted to try the Toyota of Glendora since i received a coupon for synthetic oil changes at 48.99. it was upsetting that a coupon that expired the day before could not be honored the gentleman helping did try to help by giving $10 off which was appreciated but still can’t believe a coupon that was a day old couldn’t be honored. Probably won’t do an oil change here and i also had done a tire rotation but my alignment felt off afterwards
