I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes before I received an inspection report. While Blanca was very kind and professional I will not be having Toyota Glendora service my cars any longer. I had a bad experience with my Prius but I thought it was possibly a one off. Now I know that it wasn't and you have lost a customer. It wasn't just the wait time with an appointment but the recommended work of over $4500. Absurd.

We are happy with the service of our car at Glendora Toyota. The one thing I want to mention is that around and on the door handles there was dirt and grease were it had been handled. Please have your guys be more mindful of it.
