I felt like my concerns weren’t answered, and I had to ask four different people to help me set up my Toyota app and connected to my car and still nobody was able to help me. I was so frustrated that I just drove off after they went to ask for another person to come and help with their expertise.

I was there on 9:20 with my 9:30 appointment. Specialist told me the service may take 2-3 hours which is already not make sense for a regular maintenance with appointment. However, I wait till 12:48pm finally able to pick up my car which already longer than what he said earlier and I pick my kids late with the day with raining and hailing weather conditions. Totally disappointed for this service about timing issues.

This is the first time that Toyota made me wait for more the 3 hours for a oil change , when I ask how long will take for the service they told me 1-1.5 hours and I had another very important appointment that I misses because took the double of the regular time that always takes

You did not have night drop off envelopes available causing me to need to take additional steps to obtain a substitute envelope from sales. I did call in advance to make sure my night drop off was planned and to get understand the steps. I had to talk with four people and I would have appreciated someone to bring me an envelope and not me to hunt one down. It left a sour note for me that thereafter I also received an inquiry to buy my car. Not sure I would sell to a dealership that did not step up to help me drop off my car.
