Donovan who checked me in was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, took the time to help me or direct me to who could help. When I picked up my car he walked me to my car to make sure I knew where it was. Smiling all the time. The other person I worked with was for the rental, he was great. Informative, efficient humorous and very kind. I had some confusion about how long the work would take and he explained the situation and helped me carry some packages out to the car. Great guy! My car was dropped off before work with a 930 appointment. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle at 230 my vehicle wasn't done. It then took another 45 minutes to get my tire rotation. Charges for your time are outrageous but apparently my time is free to be wasted.
