When I arrived to get my car. They brought it to me with snow on the inside water in seat where it appears that snow had melted the door on the inside was soaked. I took a picture had them to come over and look at it I asked them if they left the window down. They wiped it down a little but I believe they had. The heater on the seat was turned all the way up and the heater inside was turned all the way up. Very disappointing
