My experience was so great. Car was fixed and I was out of there in no time. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I definitely feel good about taking my car to Moses!!

I'm not happy that I had to pay a $33.60 surcharge to pay with a credit card. I use my CCard everywhere and don't have to pay a surcharge. Who gets that $33.60?? This left a bad impression on the whole experience. Had I known I could have brought a check.

Front desk service person took a cell phone call when I was trying to ask her questions about the pricing of new tires and brakes. She only answered the tires question but not the brakes. She was nice so maybe it was an urgent call but I still need to know the pricing of rear brakes and the whole cost of new tires with labor. Everything else was great. Thank you
