I resent that Moses Toyota charges a 3% service charge on credit cards. After spending over $1600 on a repair I don’t like to be “bled” for a few more dollars. I will take any future business to Victory Toyota, they don’t charge this fee. I expect better after spending over $80,000 on a vehicle. It’s not a good look for a dealership, makes one feel like you are trying to take advantage of customers rather than build a relationship for future business or purchases.

I paid for tires rotation. And when I was going home I noticed the low tire light was on. I'm not able to check all pressures myself for health issues. I haven't had this issue since getting new tire sensors.

I wasn't about too go with the 10,000 mile oil change, I feel much at ease now getting the oil changed at 5,000 miles, Pease of mind I guess,I watched the video of my car during the work that was performed, that was pretty neat,I'm 71 years old and this is my first new car ever,and I want to take care of it,honesty goes a long way with me again thank you, you read so many things on the internet that's not good with dealerships, not in my case,thank you.

How often can someone say that their time at an automobile dealership maintenance department was enjoyable? Possibly not often at other locations, but I can truthfully assert that my time at Moses Toyota today was just that - enjoyable! While waiting in the very clean and comfortable waiting area, I was kept fully informed of my automobile’s inspection and was given logical options for the correction of any needs found.
