John helped diagnose the warning lights that came up on my dashboard. Since I live in Parkersburg, he made sure the lights would not hinder me from driving down to St. Albans for them to check it. On the way there, we got gas and the lights went away. I called him and he responded immediately and said not to come down but to call if the warming lights came back.. sure enough the next day the warning lights came back and John said to bring it in, and he would make time for the service to check it out. I really appreciated the time John took to help me.

This is the second time that the parts that were ordered were returned from wherever they were shipped by the parts department. To clarify, the first time I actually called after a month wait as it pertained to the blind spot monitoring system. A car to which I was placed back into by the service department. The second time was in regards to a seatbelt and buckle, I set the appointment because I received a phone call to do so. Took the day off from work only to learn my parts were not on sight. Sounds like service and parts department need to talk a little more often. This is my 3rd IS model vehicle and to be honest, after these two occasions it makes me not want to buy another even though they are almost bullet proof cars. Respectfully HL Clark

I was charged for spark plugs that I specifically told them not to do.they were told to fix issue with monitor not responding and it wasn't addressed. The service rep told me he would have window tinting strip put on front window, it wasn't done. My wife said normally they wash the vehicle after servicing and that was not done either.

I had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. That seems a bit long. When I asked to change the tv to the U.S. Open I was told the channel could not be changed. The game show that was on was, honestly, called the Idiot Test. Really?! I felt like I was held hostage. I’m thinking most Lexus owners do not watch the Idiot Test. All the employees were doing the best they could. All were polite. Management needs to look at some processes to better meet their customers. Thank you

They did not repair my car. I was told they could reset the electronics, then after 21/2 hours. They came to get me and said I have to call Lexus to fix the issue. Not sure why they couldn’t contact Lexus, or guide me through the process. Car is still not repaired.
