I have been a customer dating back to when this was Pulliam. The one thing I always appreciated was the timeliness and turnaround time of service. It just seems to get slower and slower. I am a Ford guy but I've yet to get my vehicle back less than 4 days for at least the last two visits. Cost also seems to be rising. Mr Giovanni was nice and I know these things are not his fault but there is a need for more technicians. Also, is there a way to help cost to customers. This repair was almost 3500.00. That's a lot. I'm a Ford guy to the end but customers need better pricing to survive repair cost.

I greatly appreciate the way i was treated upon arriving at **** Smith on Garners Ferry Road. Not only was i given a time of when to expect a call telling me what was wrong with my car, that call came when they said it was done. I was given a ride home and picked up when my car was finished. The driver was exceptionally pleasant and opened the door for me. Also the car was clean.
