Phenomenal Service at Ford!
I had an outstanding experience with the Ford service department, thanks to Giovanni, my technician liaison. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Even though I mistakenly scheduled the wrong date, Giovanni found a way to squeeze me in and kept me informed throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and he made sure I was updated every step of the way.
What stood out even more was witnessing how Giovanni handled a challenging interaction with another customer. His professionalism and calm demeanor in a frustrating situation were remarkable. It’s clear he truly understands the meaning of great customer service and how to navigate difficult circumstances with grace.
I highly recommend the Ford service team and commend Giovanni for his exceptional work. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!

I came in at 7 o’clock this morning. I did not have an appointment I asked was that OK? The guy told me that since I have an electric car that the maintenance would not take that long. All it is is tire rotation, and check my battery and I end up staying till 1039 and still did not get my car looked at. I kept checking on my car. They kept telling me that two people was ahead of me and when I asked them to check my car the last time and if they still haven’t touched my car to bring it to me, they did not. I had to go back out there and ask them to please bring me my car so today I didn’t get any service. I sat there for 3 to 4 hours just to have my tires rotated and the check my battery I drive Mach E Mustang. I do understand that I didn’t have an appointment in the y’all are extremely busy, but if y’all were that busy, I feel like you should’ve came back and told me that my wait time will be 3 to 4 hours and give me that option. I was told that it wouldn’t take long and yes, we’ll see you
