My appointment was at 1:30. They told me it would not take longer than an hour and a half for the service. I waited an hour and 45 minutes and asked about my car and they told me they could not locate my car took him another 10 minutes to find my car Then they told me unfortunately they hadn’t even started working on it. It would take two people to be on it right away and within 20 minutes my car was done, but it makes me wonder. Did it only take 20 minutes to actually change the oil and rotate my tires or did that really even get done? I was very disappointed. I ended up being there Longer than I should’ve been

I am very disappointed with the outcome of my car service. The battery died on me on 11/08/2024 and then again(11/09/2024@3:00pm)leaving me stranded at work until the roadside service showed up. I want the battery replace with a new battery. I will never buy another Hyundai again. All the problems this car has given us, and the lack of solving problems with excuses, has made this decision easy for us.

This is the second time I have come out for an appointment and left without service. First time I had an appointment for a recall and I got there and the didn’t have the part. This time I got there and I would have had to leave my car for 2 1/2 half days. I need my ca r so if that was the case I would not have made the sappointment. All this could have been taken care of with a phone call to me. No problem with the service but my time and gas to drive 35 mins each way. Thank you

Everyone was helpful and I appreciate the work ethic. I did notice that the air filter that was replaced can be purchased at a lower price on Amazon. I saw a tutorial on google and it seems that it would be very easy and cheaper to replace.

1st off I knew what the recall was for & a friend of mine is auto mechanic & he told me I didn't have it so disregard it. Then I sent my $ in formy tags& it showed the recall. So I called your dealership & argued with her & she said I had to make an appt, so I did. She said 1 to 2 hrs. I went to my appt & I heard them tell the guy in the front ofc that my car didn't have it. I told them I had an appt at 1pm. We'll you are 3rd or 4th in line. I was there for over 2 hrs. They filled out a card & gave it to me . All of this for your agency got paid & wasted over 2 hrs of my time. When he walked in & told the guy at the desk my car didn't have that card could have been filled out then & I could have been on my way. Was I really happy ...NO!!!
