On the day of our service was scheduled for, no one came to pick it up at our house. In Visalia. My husband called serval times that day and was forwarded to leave messages , which no one responded to.
Then we get a text stating we missed our appointment .He called the next day and had no response again.
He then took upon himself to drive the car to your service department
In order for it to get done.
Finally got it serviced and delivered back to us at our home, but we are very disappointed in your promises on your services . That was one of the reasons we decided to get this car from Selma Auto.
We love the car, but something is definitely wrong with your after sales promises and services.

The service was done faster than expected. Everyone was very nice. There is only 1 thing I was dissatisfied with and that's the head l9ghts were turned off instead left on auto were we left them and im driving as it's getting dark and learned the hard way they were off.
