My service rep Ismail Chavez was excellent. I'm very professional. However, what I did notice? Was my paperwork was incorrect and I. Gave all the proper info to be changed in my name from my mother's name and that was done incorrectly. My car was given back to me dirty. There was dirt on the floor boards, dirt on the glovebox, dirt on the inside of the side panels, dirt on my front passenger seat, and water spots on my car and windshield from windshield wiper fluid being used on the front windshield. I had just got my car washed before arriving for service today. My windshield was clean and I did not have water spots on my car or windshield. There was no reason to turn on the windshield wipers and if that was turned on by mistake, then the wiper fluid should have been wiped clean from my car and windshield. Leaving dirt in my car was even more unacceptable.
