I was disappointed that I had to wait one hour for the shuttle. Also, the shuttle wasn’t very clean inside. I previously had an Acura and never had to wait long for the shuttle. At Acura the shuttle was a clean Acura vehicle. I thought I upgraded when I bought a Lexus, but I didn’t feel that way when I waited for and took the shuttle back to work.
