I asked Octavio to please make sure the Tech cleared the INSPECTION DUE from the dash as it was NOT cleared last year. I asked Adrian on Saturday the 5th if it had been cleared when I picked u my car a WEEK LATER and it WAS NOT! I called immediately and spoke to Adrian and he said he would let the Service Manager know and she would be calling me back. It is the 8th and I have not received a call back from anyone. I called Fox Acura and was transferred to the Service Manager’s phone and she did not pick up. I left a voice message. I reported this last year as well and was never called back. I am very disappointed … had I known, I would NOT have bought the tires there and just brought my car home.
