I didn't particularly appreciate being told ( recommended ) that repairs needed to be done to the vehicle and that I would have to pay for it.. the vehicle is being leased with the intent of buying the vehicle once the lease ends. What is or was recommended to be done or fixed should be fixed or done regardless if it's recommended. I will save all recommendations thru out the lease and expect Acura to honor all recommendations before I purchase the vehicle.

I had taken my car in for a complementary inspection after receiving a recall, my car was completely fine upon arrival. Once I got my inspection document the first thing listed was replacement of my alternator and battery, which I thought was strange because I’ve never had an issue with it. Upon arrival, we talked to Edith and started asking questions about the alternator. Never in my life had I experienced such a bad interaction with someone that was held to a higher position. She mentioned they had to jump start the car after the inspection was done which raised a red flag because the car only died after they did so called inspection. Edith started getting sarcastic and rude upon questioning the work of the knowledge of the mechanics. After only going back and forth she said next time she wasn’t going to do an inspection. Once I got home we decided to try and figure out the issue, the problem was that they didn't tighten the positive charge on the battery. Which gives me full right to truly question the knowledge of your mechanics.

Éste el trato Super amable de parte de Octavio, yo nunca tengo ninguna queja de él al contrario me ha ayudado mucho con mi camioneta en cosas que necesita en la atención en todo verdad. Lo único que a lo mejor y sí me podría quejar un poco sería de qué este a lo mejor de los técnicos de los que hacen la reparaciones de la camioneta ya que no tiene mucho que fui, y otra vez mi camionetas haciendo falla en la revoluciones me le hicieron un Flash de la transmisión, dijeron que tenía que esperarme las 500 primeras millas, ya creo que ya me aventé como 1000 o más de 1000 y la falla persiste entonces a veces pienso que nos fijamos en detalles a lo mejor mínimo que le puedan faltar a la camioneta, pero en realidad lo que tenemos que ver que la camioneta esté funcionando bien ya que la estoy utilizando diariamente yo ahorita estoy en Midland y estoy viniendo hasta tres veces a la semana al El Paso este por cuestiones de trabajo entonces este obviamente yo sé que mi camioneta está teniendo demasiado millaje en tampoco tiempo voy a que cada dos meses tengo que venir a hacerle cambio de aceite, lo cual está bien porque eso quiere decir que pues mi camioneta, independientemente de las millas que recorra está teniendo su Mantenimiento constantemente entonces a veces pues pienso que deberíamos de ponerle un poquito más atención a las cosas que a lo mejor sí, le tendríamos que poner en atención pero de Octavio yo Octavio estoy encantada con él. Estoy muy feliz del trato que me da de cómo se preocupa porque las cosas salgan bien y todo eso con él no tengo absolutamente queja de nada porque al contrario, él es el que me orienta lo que tenemos que hacer, pero al final de cuentas los que hacen la reparaciones son los que están en el taller entonces nada más sería esa cuestión pero todo lo demás súper excelente el trato, la amabilidad la atención este yo estoy encantada con llevar mi camioneta Acura nada más yo creo que deberíamos de poner un poquito de atención esas cosas porque pues uno gasta su dinero y paga entonces nada más sería eso gracias y buen día ☀️
