I took my car in for an oil change and they did a tire rotation. When i picked up my car it felt like a rough ride and rhe brakes feel rough, not sure how to explain so I called back and spoke to I believe Edith. She told me to bring it back. So u did. She took a ride with me and she felt it also. She had the mechanics take a look at it. Then came out saying that the cleaned brake or something cuz maybe it caught some kind of dirt and stated she drove it and it was better. I got in the car and not the case. So once i got home Acura and they were closed. So I will call Monday but I leave town Monday morning and won’t return until the following Monday the day after Easter.

The issues with my vehicle persist. I will be needing top return it back for service. In the Repair order the main reason for what I took vehicle "Service Break Assist" for service was not stated on it. The service I receive was for a Recall system Update not related to my main issue. I was under the impression that this update was going to solve my vehicle issue.
