Hello nothing against the staff but I took my car today for an oil change tire rotation and a multi point inspection. The oil change was performed I hope and or supposed but my tires weren’t rotated as I had asked for and the mutt point inspection paper wasn’t provided for me. Edith Octavio and the tech kept throwing the blame at each other as to why the tires weren’t rotated . Point blank they dropped the ball and then tried lying to me and then to themselves. I know my car better than anyone because it my car and I have owned it for the last 8 years my car has > than 6000 miles as I states this to Edith and it’s been over 8 months since the tires weren’t rotated hence they were new back in October 2025. Over all I am very disappointed because they ve always taken my car to Acura because I thought that was the best place to take my car for maintenance yet I expect honesty and integrity because this isn’t a service I am getting for free, I payed for this. And trying to make amends after lying to me and yourself doesn’t make it better. Thank you

A few days Before performing the B13 service on my 2017 Acura TLX and the morning of the service I asked for pricing and was told it would be $80 for the oil change and tire rotation and the transmission service would be $270. When service was completed I was charged $438.73 for the transmission service, $168.72 more than I was quoted. I went ahead and paid it because the service had been done but I don’t think it is right. I would like to be refunded the $168.72 as I was not made aware prior.

I had an appointment for 1:15p on Saturday (I reside in Las Cruces) when I got there I was informed it would be a 1.5-2hr wait. We hadn’t had lunch so we had to uber to a restaurant.
