Mr. Realzola is an exceptional and professional employee in this agency. He is a true asset to Hoy Fox Acura Dealership. He always, without exception, takes me in, whether i have an appointment or not. In numerous times I have come to him about a problem with my car without an appointment. When I have an emergency with my car, I call Acura and all the staff are very polite and willing to help. Mr. Realzola right away takes me in and takes care of the problem in no time at all. I have no problem waiting because you have a truly comfortable and beautiful waiting area which calms me and makes me feel at ease knowing that while I'm relaxing with a cup of coffee in the waiting area the staff are taking care of my car. In my years of experience as a car owner, I have never enjoyed an agency as much as I enjoy Hoy Fox Acura. I know that I don't have to worry about my car needs because I know Mr. Realzola is taking care of me
