My TPMS light was on when I came in. I mentioned it to the service advisor who said it would be checked out. Later, I was contacted and told an ‘inspection’ had been done, and some big ticket items were suggested for repair. Nothing mentioned about the TPMS. When I came in to pick up the car, again nothing mentioned about TPMS. Drove the car away, and the light was still on. Had to go back to the dealer and after being ‘re-checked’ was informed the sensor was broken and would cost another $189 to replace. No thanks!

Poor communication on status of repair. Took 4 calls to get a person to talk to yesterday. Left a voice message and it was returned 24 hours later. Been a customer at that location since 1980 and never experienced that before.
