I kept asking if my antifreeze have been checked and was sufficient, and the rep kinda hesitated, like he didn’t know if it was done or not, and then kind of him and hard and said yeah. I have no confidence in an answer like that when the rep is supposed to know what’s being done. I also had to emphatically emphasize that I was concerned about the antifreeze and what I wanted to do in regards to the tires. I appreciated his advice, but I told him clearly I make the decisions about what I want And I appreciate his advice. I’ve never trusted your service reps at Bommarito going back back to 2006 when I bought my first Toyota from View. Your service reps talk to me like I’m 76 years old and know nothing about cars. I am 76 years old and used to work on the cars with my dad to change the oil put in new spark plugs, etc. Keep that in mind because as soon as my warranty runs out on this car, I will be going to a different dealership for service.

Went in for simply safty inspection. Waited 1 hour and 15 mins. Technician (Jay)didn't confirm anything with me, like my address and so he got it wrong. Came back in to get paperwork but had to to bring the car in and do it all over again. Had to wait another 15 mins. Never coming back there or doing business there again.
