When the new tires have been installed and getting a front end alignment.
The problem began with the truck veering off to the right.
Brought the truck back. Bommarito mechanics could not figure out why the truck veered off to the right.
Blamed an incident on a truck. I know that didn’t cause the veering. I would have noticed.
I’m not completely satisfied. I will have to investigated on a different mechanic within a different company.

My car sat for an hour before it was serviced. And after I left I immediately received maintenance notices that my spare tire was over filled. Now I have to spend even more time to go get air taken out of the tire. Super bad experience.

When I got in the car to leave following the service, the light indicating that a tire had low air pressure was lit up. My tire pressure hadn’t been checked. I pulled back in and had it filled up. I then left a second time but returned before leaving the parking lot because my rear windshield wiper blade that was needing replaced was also not touched. All of this even though they were all checked green on the inspection report. I was given a $100 voucher for future service, but at this point, I wonder if my oil was changed, if my alignment was checked, etc. This is after a previous visit where I was told I needed to have my front tires replaced before the expected mileage because of wear due to misalignment. This despite bringing my car in regularly for alignment and tire rotation. I wonder if that was ever actually done when the car was serviced. The $100 is only helpful if I return to this site for service. While my goal is to spend my resources within my own community, I’m not sure what I will do next time.

Sorry keeps timing out here. Anthony was fine service was fast. Couple of scratches and cost $200 for 20 min so your labor is $600 per hour ? Just bought my $56k truck there 2 weeks ago - felt over charged.

I assumed that service performed all tasks that I came in for. I was given a list of tasks performed, but I really didn’t review it closely. I didn’t realize that I didn’t get the tire rotation until I got home. I think service should have mentioned that to me during my checkout.
