I told them my car was not starting right away. They did check it and said it was definitely the battery.. could not afford a $500 battery. You think after paying over $600 for 2 tires and oil change, they could have at least clean my battery post from corrosion. The you lady who helped me was asome ! Thanks Debbie Russo

Unfortunately Nicole was not the problem. She was wonderful. Unfortunately your sales tactics interfered with her. I quit using Wesley Chapel Toyota as my go to since you have decided that selling me everything is wrong with my vehicle. Which is not actually wrong with it tactic. $96 for a cabin filter ????? Have you lost your mind $10 at advance auto parts. Windshield wipers at Advanced auto parts $24 , why are you asking so much?
