I’ve spoken with the service manager but I went through a horrible experience of not having my new van for over 2.5 months and I was not being updated at all about what was going on. I called and left numerous messages to nicole and the service department and absolutely no one would get back to me. When I spoke to the manager he put blame on me for not texting since I called.
