Nicole was good but I had a 10:00am appointment for a oil change and didn't get my vehicle until roughly 1:30pm. 3 1/2 hours?? That's ridiculous! Why set appointments if you're going to make me sit there for this atrocious amount of time. Not even one "We apologize for the delay Mr. Sampson."

I asked them to check the brake system on rear left wheel. They took some videos of the rust and such on the undercarriage and said that's why it rattled. I wasn't worried about the rattle. I was worried about the thumping from the wheel. I know it's rusty. When I realized they weren't going to look at the issue I asked. I was completely disgusted and disappointed. I replaced the car later today at a different dealership.
