The previous two appointments I had made with service were unsatisfactory due to extreme wait times with no real explanation or reason. My wait time was 5hrs and 3.5 hrs respectively. I let Jared know about my previous experiences and stressed I needed to be to work and an extended wait time would be unacceptable. Jared got me out in less than an hour!!!! Kudos to Jared! I hope moving forward, when an appointment is made the times are respected as it had been on my last visit.

While I know when making an appointment you’re not going to work on my car immediately, but being told there would be at least a 2 hr. wait for a tire rotation is in unacceptable. Especially when an appointment is made. Also the check in man needs a lesson in people skills.
