Mr. Kindle was excellent! He made me feel welcomed and explained everything wonderfully. Kept me informed throughout the process and was very knowledgeable. He was training another gentleman today (02/11/2026) when he helped me today, you can tell he puts his best foot forward when training. I’ve never had a bad experience at this dealership and will continue to go back. I will definitely recommend Mr. Kindle to friends and family to utilize as their service provider when they go for service work. Again, Mr. Kindle was super respectful, knowledgeable, and professional.

These comments are about the work done in August. My issue is not with Rick Davis. He didn’t work on my vehicle. I was not real happy when after getting a front brake job, I drove to south Florida and heard a rub from my brakes when I got off turnpike. Luckily I was able to borrow a friend’s vehicle so I didn’t miss work. I was able to get vehicle repaired at another Toyota dealership. As far as work on February 10th I haven’t had any issues. Let me be clear-no issue with Rick. The technician needs to improve.

I was at the shop at 10:15 Am to just figure out what was wrong with my car and ended up leaving 4 hours later. Every single person waiting in the wait room got their car done and I didn’t even get told what was wrong with my car. I felt dismissed and not important because I wasn’t getting work done today, so the salesman couldn’t get his commission. I’m also getting charged 1000 dollars for a single rim which is absurd. I can get the same OEM rim for $250 but was told I was not aloud to buy parts outside the dealership. I will be looking at other shops but will still weigh my options if nothing else pops up.

Yesterday so I called Toyota to change my 5:30 appointment earlier in he made arrangements for the service department to day I started calling at 8:02. I made five phone calls was left on terminal hold. I even requested a call back and never got it and so I finally called the sale side. Spoke gentleman who was very helpful. Situation was less than poor. I also want to make it very clear that Damien, my service advisor was more than accommodating to me. He got the car in and out of there in less than an hour he kept me informed as to what was going on he explained to me if anything needed to be taken care of. I was very, very satisfied with him.
