The vehicle was brought in for pulling to the right and this only started after its 1st vehicle maintenance. I was told they performed another front end alignment, test drove it and it no longer pulls to the right.
On my way home the vehicle still pulls to the right.
I called back, spoke to a service rep, explained all this and requested I be provided a loaner until this issue is resolved. I was told I will be contacted by a service rep.
Currently waiting for that call back.
This is not the first time this vehicle has had this issue. It had it when I bought it new and I had to return it to service on 2 separate occasions to get it resolved and now after its first service it is happening again.

Can you please check, I think I was over charged for the rear wheel bearing replacement today. After I got home I see the labor was $925 and parts was $545. Even at $230 per hour, that is 4 hours of labor for just 1 bearing. Parts used was the hub bearing assembly, not a single bearing. Since it was the whole bearing assembly used, then it should been less in labor. Can you please check that I was not over charged?

Joshua was awesome and took care of my car quickly and he was very professional. He told me it would take an hour and I sorta doubted that, only because in my experience with dealerships it can usually be a couple hours. I think it took forty minutes. Time is important to me and so is someone's word so Joshua was great
