Gracen had me waited for 2 hours just for oil change. Never happened before at any Toyota dealership for my experience. They always make sure to look for me in the lobby whenever they are done with my oil change. Not in this case with Gracen. I had to go up to his co-worker and look for him. He left my inspection with related paper work on his station. 2 other of his co-workers found it on his desk and help to check me out and let me go. Such a waste of time sitting there for 2 hours on the dot for oil change?
