I made an appointment for 9:30. I showed up at 9:20 and was checked in at 9:32 which was the easy part. I was getting an oil change and the normal inspection. I was there till 12:00 for an oil change. The paperwork was given to me without any discussion and I left. When I looked at the paperwork it says the check engine light is on, which I could see that!! No offer to fix it, no explanation of why it is on or how to fix it. The paperwork had a price for something of $238 but I don’t know what that will do because no one said anything. I am not sure why an appointment is made if I have to sit there for two and half hours anyway.

My tech and the service were good…but every time I am there it feels like high pressure to perform very expensive “maintenance.” I’ve been there three times with a 2024 Tundra (less than two years old) and you have recommended nearly $1800 in service. It really makes me reconsider whether my truck was a good purchase or I should go back to Ford when this one hits 30,000 miles.
