Nothing to do with Damian (he was great) but I feel like there should have been better communication between sales and service. I was there with 2 known and approved issues with my brand new 2025 camry and it took 45 minutes after my appointment for sales to approve the issues getting fixed. Makes no sense at all what would have needed to be approved when it should have been taken care of when they ordered the parts and scheduled the fixes.
