This should not fall on Richard, this was a failure from the Service Manager who failed to inform me that the parts weren’t available in stock for the recall. Who ever was to take over his clients , since he had to leave, dropped the ball. All day for an oil change and tire rotation…….something doesn’t sound right, as my vehicle wasn’t touched until after I called to inquire at 230 that afternoon. That is according to my Toyota app notification. Don’t make Richard the fall guy. I wasted my Saturday thinking this would be resolved to find out it’s not. Now, I will have to wait and waste another day to get this fixed after taking the time to do this and it didn’t happen. I want to know what you think would be the right thing to do?

Had an appointment at 9am. Dropped the car at 9am.
Didn’t know about my car until 4pm that same day and only knew because I call the dealer. no one bothered to call me to tell me the status of my car.
my service tech left early in the day and didn't bother to tell me neither the dealer bothered to follow up with me.
Very unprofessional.
