When I had my vehicle in for its 5000 mile check several weeks ago, I asked Alex for the price of the cross beams as well as the installation. He quoted me the correct price for the part, which I had already verified at Sun Toyota. He told me the installation was $125. I told him I would call back to schedule the appointment when I had the additional money. I called last week and ordered the part. Dakota called me earlier this week to tell me the part was in and to schedule the installation. I asked him to confirm the installation price. He said he would find out and get back to me. No one got back to me. When I went in there today, I was given a totally different price. Alex tried to explain that it was an hour and a half job. The parts manager at San Toyota had actually printed off the installation. Instructions for me gave them to me and told me it was four screws and it took approximately 10 minutes. I would’ve done it myself except that I didn’t want to mess with the moonroof. I was quite upset with the fact that I was quoted one installation price and then when I came in today, I was given a different price. No one bothered to call me back to tell me the difference. Due to problems with both son Toyota and your Dealership, I did not even purchase my car here. I called to a dealership in Iowa that my daughter had previously dealt with ordered my car through them and had it shipped here on a semi. I was hoping to find a reputable dealership in the area that would be able to handle my service needs. I also purchased an extended warranty for 100,000 miles. Alex told me there was nothing they could do about that. I just needed to keep a copy of it with me because it was not a company they ever dealt with. This is very concerning. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service I received there today.

I was told the part would be in the next day, it wasn’t and no one called to tell me my truck was not ready, I had to call and find out myself. I was charged $42 for the loaner car and no one has told me why. I brought it back with the same amount of gas I got it, half of tank.
