Mason is great, friendly and polite guy.
Their wait times are excessively long. This is the second time I’ve visited because my car has an issue with a rear wheel; all they do is repair the tire, only for it to go bad again a month later—and they leave me waiting four hours for that. The wait time is simply too much. On this particular occasion, they called me just 30 minutes before closing. I found this completely unacceptable because, had I lived 50 minutes away from the dealership, I wouldn't have been able to pick up my car. Communication is very poor; I didn't even receive a text message stating that my car was ready until the following day.
