Joe, the service guy, was great...and there was nothing wrong with the installation of my tires from a technical aspect. However, I work hard to keep my car clean. After paying over $1200, I would think someone could spend an extra 3 minutes and wipe the white stuff off my tires and rims. It won't stop me from returning, but it doesn't give me that feeling that Wesley Toyota goes above and beyond my expectations. Mark W

He answered questions I asked and I even received a video showing me the multi-point inspection and the repair that was needed. I told him that I needed to have my vehicle ready by a certain time and he called me an hour before that time to let me know that it was finished and ready for pick up! Thank you Don!
